tl;dr

Official Manager is a professional service that stores user data required for facilitating interactions between professionals, and does not sell data. Some data is shared with third parties as required to provide map markers for event locations and to send email notifications to users. Official Manager uses minimal cookies required for persistent and secure user experiences. Official Manager does not track users or user behaviors and does not use analytics services.

Data Collected

Official Manager collects data such as name, address, email, phone number, emergency contact, and other information necessary or beneficial to the facilitation of professional interactions between sports officials, administrators, and organizations.

Use of Data

Collected data is used for routine service activities, such as:

• Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving Official Manager
• Sending transactional email related to site activity, such as when an organization posts a new schedule for an event or an official signs up for an event
• Address geocoding services for rendering event location map markers
• Finding and preventing fraud

Logging

Official Manager maintains temporary logs of service access and errors. The data included in the logs can include IP address, browser, date and time, referrer, the logged-in user, request path, and other information beneficial to service monitoring and error resolution. The purpose for such logging is to monitor, maintain, and improve the service. Logs are periodically deleted.

Cookies

Official Manager uses minimal cookies required for service functionality. The data is used to maintain and secure persistent user experiences.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Official Manager uses third party email and map services. Glendigital LLC exercised care in selecting third party services that meet or exceed industry security and privacy standards.
